Hello! I’m Margaux and I started Recipe Rhapsody because I believe that cooking should be an exciting and rewarding experience, not a chore.  Although let’s be honest here, when you’re a mom and wife you usually have to cook even when you don’t want to move.  So yes It can be a chore.  But it doesn’t need to be.  

I definitely have nights when I’m exhausted from my day and just want to be still.  But if I do that I’ll soon feel guilt for not feeding my family. You know, when they don’t have leftovers or anything to microwave.  Because if there is anything they can easily heat and eat I’m not too worried about them.  Another reason batch cooking is essential to my well being.

Like a musical masterpiece, the best meals are a perfect blend of diverse elements—flavor, technique, and a touch of creativity. I was tired of complicated recipes that promised much but delivered frustration. My goal was simple: to create a comprehensive culinary resource that delivers consistently delicious, globally-inspired food with truly approachable instructions.

Meet the Cook

I’m a Certified  professional line cook at a South Florida Country Club for the past 12 years,  who learned to cook by first watching  lots of cooking shows. Which then led me to culinary school. I wanted to be able to eat the amazing dishes that I couldn’t afford unless I made them myself.  I’ve figured out though that the simple meals are usually the best. I find endless joy in sharing a beautiful, home-cooked meal, and I can’t wait to share that joy with you.
